Ormo 用户服务协议

一、协议范围与接受

欢迎使用 Ormo。本协议适用于您注册、登录、访问和使用 Ormo 应用、小程序、网站及相关服务。

当您勾选、点击同意、完成注册、登录或实际使用 Ormo，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本协议、《隐私政策》《个人信息收集清单》《内容规则》《互动守则》等文件。如您不同意，请停止注册或使用。

二、服务说明

Ormo 是一个面向情绪表达、心情记录、简短涂画与基于内容回应的应用。Ormo 不提供医疗、心理诊断、心理治疗或专业咨询服务。如您遇到严重情绪困扰、人身安全风险或紧急情况，请及时联系可信赖的人、专业机构或当地紧急救助服务。

三、账号与年龄要求

您应使用真实、有效且有权使用的手机号或其他登录方式注册和登录。
您应妥善保管账号、验证码和登录设备，不得买卖、出租、出借、转让账号。
Ormo 当前仅面向年满 18 周岁的用户。未满 18 周岁的用户请勿注册或使用本服务。
您可以在应用内申请注销账号。

四、用户行为规范

您不得发布或传播违法违规、色情低俗、暴力恐怖、赌博毒品、诈骗引流、违法交易、侮辱诽谤、骚扰威胁、网暴、人身攻击、隐私泄露、广告垃圾信息、恶意刷量、脚本外挂或其他破坏服务秩序的内容或行为。

五、用户发布内容与安全机制

Ormo 对令人反感、违法违规的内容以及滥用服务、侵害他人的用户采取零容忍态度。Ormo 已提供以下内容安全机制：

发布前或发布后的违规内容过滤与风险识别；
用户对内容、账号或不适行为进行举报；
用户对造成困扰的账号进行屏蔽；
用户可立即删除自己发布的内容；
对用户举报的违规内容，我们将在 24 小时内处理，包括删除违规内容、限制功能或封禁发布者账号。

六、内容权利

您对自己依法创作和发布的内容享有相应权利。为提供展示、互动、存储、审核、安全治理和产品改进等服务，您授权 Ormo 在服务范围内对相关内容进行必要的使用、展示、复制、存储、处理和分发。

七、隐私保护

Ormo 按照《隐私政策》和《个人信息收集清单》处理您的个人信息。您可以通过系统设置或应用内设置管理权限、注销账号或联系我们行使相关权利。

1. Scope and Acceptance

This Agreement applies to your registration, login, access to, and use of Ormo and related services. By agreeing, registering, logging in, or using Ormo, you accept this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Personal Information List, the Content Rules, and the Interaction Guidelines.

2. Service Description

Ormo is an app for emotional expression, mood recording, short sketches, and content-based responses. Ormo does not provide medical, psychological diagnosis, therapy, or professional counseling services.

3. Account and Age Requirement

You should register and log in using a valid method you are authorized to use.
You are responsible for protecting your account and verification codes.
Ormo is intended for users aged 18 or above.
You may request account deletion in the app.

4. User Conduct

You must not post or engage in illegal, pornographic, vulgar, violent, terrorist, gambling-related, drug-related, fraudulent, abusive, privacy-infringing, spam, automated abuse, or other harmful content or behavior.

5. User Generated Content and Safety Measures

Ormo has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Ormo provides the following content safety mechanisms:

content filtering and risk detection before or after posting;
reporting mechanisms for content, accounts, and inappropriate activity;
blocking mechanisms for abusive users;
mechanisms for users to immediately remove their own posts;
action on reported objectionable content within 24 hours, including content removal, feature restriction, or banning the offending user.

6. Content Rights

You retain rights in content you lawfully create and post. You authorize Ormo to use, display, copy, store, process, and distribute relevant content within the service scope.

7. Privacy

Ormo processes personal information according to the Privacy Policy and Personal Information List.
